Services for Patrinella Autumese Thadison Diggs of Brookhavenare 3 p.m., Friday, Dec. 6, at St. James M. B. Church with burialin Rose Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday from noon until 5 p.m. at WilliamsMortuary, with family hour from 6-8 p.m. at the church.

Mrs. Diggs, 75, died Dec. 1, 2002, at her residence. She wasborn in Lincoln County on Nov. 6, 1927, to R. T. Thadison Sr. andVanzie Thadison. She was a graduate of Alexander High School andAlcorn State University and received her master’s degree fromMississippi Southern University.

She was a retired school teacher with 40 years service. She wasa member of St. James M. B. Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, HermanDiggs Jr.; and her brother, Robert T. Thadison Jr.

Survivors are her brother, Lawrence Victor Thadison ofBrookhaven; her stepson, Danny Earl Diggs of Brookhaven; a devotedniece, Cynthia Thadison Williams and husband Thomas of Brookhaven;three other nieces; three nephews; her sister-in-law, HazelThadison of Milwaukee, Wis.; special friends, Halsie Watts,Angeline Roberson, Ruby Lee Jones, Gay Bonita Brigman, and otherrelatives and friends.
