Services for Q.S. Munn, of Wesson, are 1 p.m. Wednesday, July18, at First Baptist Church in Wesson with burial in WessonCemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Services in Hazlehurst is incharge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Munn, 80, died July 15, 2007, at his residence.

He was a United States Army Veteran of World War II. He was asuperintendent with Marshall R. Young and Dixilyn Oil Producer. Heretired from Duke Intergy after 40 years of faithful service. Hewas a member of First Baptist Church in Wesson, the AmericanLegion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Purple Martin Societyof America.

Survivors are his son, Ricky Munn, of McComb; his daughters,Jeanette Munn, Lacey Roberts and Misty Roberts, all of Wesson; hissisters, Etta Moak, of Crystal Springs, and Jessie Mae Hart, ofMcComb; his grandchildren, Mendy Cockrell and Ashley Townsend, bothof Enterprise, Marsie Jordon, of Morgan City, La.; hisgreat-grandchildren, Chad Roberts, of Morgan City, La., KelseyRushing, Jenna Van Hoose, Chelsey Cockrell and Paige Cockrell, allof Wesson, and Kay Lin Prather, Julia Ann Townsend and Hunter LeeTownsend, all of Enterprise; his special friend, Maudell Weeks; anda host of nephews, nieces and extended family.

Mary Michele Harris Woods

Services for Mary Michele Harris Woods, of Florence, are 10 a.m.Wednesday, July 18, at Star Baptist Church with burial in StarCemetery. Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home,and on Wednesday at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of theservice.

Mrs. Woods, 36, died July 13, 2007, at her residence. She wasborn in Jackson on Jan. 18, 1971.

She is remembered as being a wonderful wife, mother and sister.She was a member of Star Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death was her father, Johnnie “Donnie”Harris.

Survivors are her husband, DeLynn Woods, of Florence; hermother, Jean Stetson; her foster parents, Johnny and Debbie Baker;her sons, Nicholas Lane Woods and Daniel Lee Woods; her sisters,Regina Harris, of Anaheim, Calif., Donna Burns, of Star, and DeniseSanford, of Florence; and her aunts, uncles, nieces andnephews.
