Services for Nelda B. Ball of Monticello are 10 a.m., Friday,Jan. 3, at Monticello Baptist Church with burial in the churchcemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ball, 76, died Dec. 31, 2002, at Baptist Medical Center.She was born in Lumberton on Dec. 28, 1926, to Oscar and FrancesBreeland Byrd.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Monticello BaptistChurch for 32 years.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her brother, DonByrd.

Survivors are her husband, Gerald Ball of Monticello; her sonsand daughters-in-law, Rick and Kathy Ball of Tupelo, Gregg Ball andJeff Ball, both of Monticello, and Scotty and Janyce Ball ofMadison; and eight grandchildren.
