Services for Gary Scott Holmes of McComb are 2 p.m. Thursday,Nov. 18 at Catchings Funeral Home Chapel in McComb with burial inHollywood Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m. and Thursday from noon until 2p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Holmes, 49, died Nov. 15, 2004, at his residence. He wasborn in Fort Benning, Ga., on Feb. 4, 1955, to Louis Holmes andElizabeth Juanita Owens Holmes.

He was a mechanic for Holmes North Broadway Shell and was a Navyveteran.

Preceding him in death was his mother.

Survivors are his father and stepmother, Louis and Lu Holmes ofMcComb; his wife, Paulette Brister Holmes of Gulfport; hisdaughter, Tanya M. Wallace of Gulfport; his son, Christopher S.Holmes of Magnolia; two brothers, Mike Holmes of McComb, and PhilipHolmes of Summit; three grandchildren; and several nieces, nephewsand friends.
