Services for Skippy Dean Beasley of Hazlehurst are 11 a.m.,Monday, Feb. 7, at Stringer Family Funeral Services Chapel inHazlehurst with burial in Bethel Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 5-8 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mr. Beasley, 58, died Feb. 4, 2005, at Hardy Wilson MemorialHospital in Hazlehurst.

He was a graduate of Hazlehurst High School, Copiah LincolnCommunity College and Delta State University. Mr. Beasley taughtand coached in Magnolia at Moss Point for 17 years, Pearl HighSchool for 10 years, and Crystal Springs for six years. He retiredfor health reasons in January 2005.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Eldridge and MarieBeasley; and a grandson, John Ross Beasley.

Survivors are his wife, Linda Beasley; his daughter, MelissaBeasley of Byram; his sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and JulieBeasley of Hazlehurst, Eric and Crissie Beasley of Brandon, andJeff and Christi Beasley of Brandon; his sister, Glenda Granger ofHazlehurst; his brothers, Al Beasley of Byram and Gary Beasley ofCrossett, Ark.; and his grandchildren, Landyn, Avery, Kameryn,Holland, Kayleigh and Garrett Dean.
