Graveside services for Hubbard Glenn Hurst, of Brookhaven, were2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 26, at Riverwood Memorial Park, withburial in Riverwood Memorial Park. Riverwood Family Funeral Servicewas in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hurst, 76, died Jan. 24, 2011, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. He was born in Texas on July 9,1934 to Clanton E. Hurst and Ruby Dale Kennedy Hurst.

He was an employee of Noble Drilling Company for 32 years andemployed in the oil industry since 18 years of age. He graduatedfrom Brookhaven High School.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Clanton and Ruby DaleHurst; and his brother Horace Hurst.

Survivors are his wife, Betty DeLaughter Hurst; his sons, Terrelland Jay Hurst, of Brookhaven, and Wiley Graham and wife, Sandy, ofHouston, Texas; his sister-in-law, Virginia Hurst; his sisters,Juanita Hurst Watts and husband, Billy Ray, of Houston, Texas; histhree grandchildren; his five great-grandchildren; and his numerousnieces and nephews.
