Funeral services for Julia Lofton Ratcliff,of Brookhaven, are 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15, at RiverwoodFamily Funeral Service, with burial in Antioch Primitive BaptistChurch Cemetery.

    Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Mrs. Ratcliff, 75, died Feb. 12, 2012, at King’s Daughter MedicalCenter. She was born in Mississippi on Nov. 7, 1936, to JamesMarshall and Sophia Louise Lofton.

    She worked in the Jewelry Department of Wal-Mart and was a memberof Antioch Primitive Baptist Church. She was a very loving motherand grandmother. She always took care of her family and was veryloyal to her family and friends.

    Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Alex RatcliffJr.; brothers, Joe Lofton and Gordan Lofton; and nephew, TracyHilton.

    Survivors are her son, Lance Julian Ratcliff; daughter, LisaRatcliff Felder and husband, Anthony; brothers, Thomas E. Loftonand wife, Elsie, and Jerry Lofton and wife, Hazel; sister, PeggyDavis, Eva Allen and husband NS, and Marie Hilton and husband,Glynn; six grandchildren, Lacey Stewart Holmes and husband, Brad,Logan Stewart and wife, Heather, Dane Felder, Julian Ratcliff, EvanRatcliff and Peyton Ratcliff; two step-grandchildren,Holly  Felder Flemming andBryant Felder; two great-grandchildren, Brad Holmes Jr. and BrodyHolmes; and three step-great-grandchildren, Tristian Flemming,Natalie Flemming and Jude Flemming.

    Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
