Funeral services for Halsie Watts of Brookhaven are 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, at St. James M.B. Church, with burial in Carver Heights Cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home, with family hour from 6 until 7.

Mrs. Watts, 93, died May 10, 2013 at her home. She was born in Pike County on Feb. 28, 1920.
