Norma Rae Jordan Brent, 91, passed away on Sept. 2 in Longwood,Fla. Born in Brookhaven, Mrs. Brent was a graduate of BrookhavenHigh School and Whitworth College.

She is survived by a niece, Linda Patrick Hirshburg, ofCasselberry, Fla.; a grand-niece, Dana Hirshburg, of Lake Mary,Fla.; grand-nephew and wife, David and Kathy Hirshburg, and theirchildren, Courtney and Christopher, of Longwood.

Internment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. She was a lifelongmember of First Baptist Church of Brookhaven.
