Services for Mary Alice Delaughter Bardwell of Columbia are 10a.m., Saturday, Aug. 14, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel inMonticello with burial in Kokomo Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from 3-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bardwell, 77, died Aug. 11, 2004, at Mation County GeneralHospital in Columbia. She was born in Lincoln County on March 9,1927, to Benjamin Ferdinand Delaughter and Eunice GravesDelaughter.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Powells GrovePentecostal Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband.

Survivors are her daughters, Peggy Leamer of Brookhaven and JudyMartin of Baker, La.; her sons, Jim Bardwell of Lafayette, La.,David Bardwell of Jayess, and Bill Bardwell of New Orleans, La.;her sisters, Christine Smith of Enterprise, Emma Nell Beeson ofBrookhaven, and Pat Carter of Natchez; her brother, F.B. Delaughterof Natchez; 11 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
