Mr. Hall, 45, died May 9, 2005, in LaPlace. He was born inMcComb on Nov. 27, 1959, to Prentiss Hall and Dorothy McCaaUpton.

Preceding him in death were his father; his stepfather, RobertE. Upton; his brother, Ronnie Hall; and his sister, YvonneHall.

Survivors are his mother; his daughters, Michelle Hall, ofMetairie, La., Dawn M. Hall and Joy Lynn Hall, both of Covington,La., Lindsey M. Hall, of LaPlace, and his stepdaughter, RobinSmith; his sons, Richard G. Hall Jr., of Metairie, Kevin E. Hall,of Covington, and his stepson, Dillon Mayer, of LaPlace; hissisters, Kay Hall, of Hazlehurst, Diane Bunton and her husband,Ray, of Loranger, La., and Vicki Busby and her husband, Freddie, ofRuth; his brother, Jerry Hall and his wife, Betty, of Montz, La.,and John Hall and his wife, Janet, of Reserve, La.; and hisgrandchild, Madelyn E. Frost; and his loving companion, ArleneMayer, of LaPlace.

Rickey Holmes

Services for Rickey Holmes, of Monticello, are 2 p.m. today, May11 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Bethel BaptistChurch Cemetery.

Mr. Holmes, 48, died May 9, 2005, at Jefferson Davis CountyHospital in Prentiss. He was born in Tylertown on July 7, 1956, toRobert Vernon Holmes and Gladys Morris Holmes.

He was a carpenter. He was a member of ABATE and Crooked CreekBaptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his father; and one brother, SammyHolmes.

Survivors are his mother; his wife, Renee Holmes, of Monticello;his daughter, Kandace Marie Holmes, of Monticello; his sons, DustinRay Presley, of Tickfaw, La., and Robert Chase Holmes, ofMonticello; his sister, Sandra Turner, of Monticello; and hisbrother, Danny Holmes, of Monticello.

Nora Mae Welter Myers

Services for Nora Mae Welter Myers, of Wesson, were 11 a.m.today, May 11 at Wesson Baptist Church with burial in the WessonCemetery.

Mrs. Myers, 84, died May 9, 2005, at St. Dominic-JacksonMemorial Hospital in Jackson. She was born in Wesson on March 10,1921, to Prentiss C. Manning and Martha Montroy Manning.

She was retired from the Potter Company and a retired carrierfor Copiah Bank. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Starand the American Legion. She was a member of Wesson Baptist Churchwhere she was a member of the Dorcis Sunday School Class and amember of the WMU.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her first husband, JohnA. Welter Sr.; a daughter, Martha Miller; and a grandchild, ConnieMiller.

Survivors are her husband, Tommie Myers, of Wesson; her son,John A. Welter Jr. and his wife, Annie Ruth, of Wesson; herdaughters, Judy W. Herrington, of Brookhaven, and Peggy W. Peetsand her husband, Gary, of Wesson; her stepdaughter, Ruth Allen, ofRockport; her stepson, Jerry Myers and his wife, Tina, of Wesson;eight grandchildren, Prentiss Welter, Ray Herrington Jr., Chris H.Evans, Gina Pettis, Tommy Joe Miller, Lisa Burns, Allen Peets andDerek Peets; 11 stepgrandchildren, Roger Wilkinson, Beverly Loflin,Melanie Hall, Julie Barlow, Angie Allen, Josh Allen, Missy Neal,Kristy Jackson, Dana Norton, Brandi Anding and Gary Myers; and ahost of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Robert Price Sanders Jr.

Services for Robert Price Sanders Jr., of Crystal Springs, are 1p.m. Thursday, May 12 at the Willie Mae Tyler Memorial Chapel ofR.E. Tyler Funeral Home with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is today from noon until 5 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Sanders, 62, died May 6, 2005, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center in Jackson. He was born in Brookhaven on Oct. 7,1942, to Robert Price Sanders Sr. and Nellie M. Sanders.

He was a self-employed licensed barber. He served in the Army.He was a member of Good Hope M.B. Church in Crystal Springs.

Preceding him in death was his father.

Survivors are his mother, Nellie M. Sanders, of Crystal Springs;his wife, Bettie Mitchell Sanders, of Crystal Springs; hisdaughter, Bettie T. Sanders, of Crystal Springs; his sons, RobertPrice Sanders IV, of Flora, and Alpha Sanders and Annu Sanders,both of Crystal Springs; his sister, Georgia Pearl Guynes, of NewOrleans; his brother, William Henry Sanders, of Crystal Springs;and one grandchild.
