Docia Lucille Flynn, 86, died Saturday, April 9, 2011, at theCountryBrook Living Center in Brookhaven. A funeral service will beheld at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, at Zion Hill Baptist Church inWesson with burial following in the church cemetery.

Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday at the church. Services willbe officiated by her great-grandson, Brandon Starnes. SebrellFuneral Home in Ridgeland is assisting with arrangements.

Mrs. Flynn was born on Feb. 4, 1925, the daughter of the lateClifford and Cecil Clark.

A longtime resident of Baton Rouge, La., she had been a resident ofWesson for the past seven years. She retired from GrahamConstruction as an accountant. She previously worked for MorningTreat Coffee Co. as an accountant. Mrs. Flynn was a member of theOrder of the Eastern Star and the Florida Boulevard Baptist Churchin Baton Rouge, La.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbandGlenn C. Flynn; daughter, Jane E. Reed; and sister, GladineStratton.

Survivors include her daughter, Glynda C. Pino, of Baton Rouge; hergranddaughters, Cathy C. McInnis, of Wesson, and Amy M. Keller, ofCrystal Springs; her grandson, R.Vince Coe, of Arlington, Texas;four great-grandchildren, Brandon Starnes, Amanda Turner, ReneBrister and Michael Keller; three great-great grandchildren,Mallory, Nolan and Natalie Turner; and her sisters, Nadine Erkersonand Doris Stone, both of Texas.
