One released, two still jailed in Co-Lin assault

WESSON – One of three men accused in an alleged Tuesday nightsexual assault on the Copiah-Lincoln Community College campus hasposted bond while two others remain in jail, authorities said.
Bond was set Friday at $25,000 for Timothy Graves, 18, chargedwith rape; Antonio Davis, 18, charged with rape; and JustinSandifer, 19, charged with sodomy. Copiah County officialsconfirmed that Graves posted bond and has been released as ofSaturday night, but Davis and Sandifer are still in the CopiahCounty Detention Center.
Officials said Sandifer was arrested Wednesday and Davis andGraves were arrested Thursday in connection with the allegedassault, which took place in the Ellzey men’s dormitory oncampus.
School spokespeople have reported that an unidentified femalestudent was sexually assaulted by a group of men, some of themstudents. Officials have said there could be other arrests made inthe investigation, which is still ongoing.
