Services for Jerry Lee Dickey Sr., of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m.Sunday, June 12 at Greenwood M.B. Church with burial in HillcrestCemetery.

Visitation is Saturday from 1-6 p.m. at Williams Mortuary.

Mr. Dickey, 51, died June 8, 2005, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born in Lincoln County on Feb. 19, 1954, to ArchieDickey and Lorene Dillon Dickey.

He was a forklift operator at McLane Southern. He was a memberof Greenwood M.B. Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his stepmother, MaryBarton Dickey; and his stepsister, Rose Brooks.

Survivors are his wife, Virginia Hamilton Dickey, of Brookhaven;his three sons, Jerry Lee Dickey Jr., Jevonta Lavon Dickey andTeddyrecius Washington and his wife, Tameshia, all of Brookhaven;his daughter Loatcamore Lamesha Byrd and her husband, Fernando, ofBrookhaven; his six sisters, Mary Alice Middleton and her husbandCharlie, Thelma Wilbert, Carl Ann Kelly, Dorothy McNickell, LorettaHughey and her husband, Freddy, and Cathy Williams, all ofBrookhaven; her stepsister, Rita Lewis and her husband, Charlie, ofBrookhaven; her brother, Archie Lee Dickey Jr. and his wife, AnnieBell, of Milwaukee, Wis.; three grandchildren; and a host ofnieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
