Services for Marion M. Scott of Brookhaven are 11 a.m.,Thursday, May 2, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inRose Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m. untilservice time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Scott, 81, died April 30, 2002, at her residence. She wasborn in Pearl River County on July 20, 1920, to Norvel H. Douglassand Julia Case Douglass.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of First BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, RalphScott.

Survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, Peter B. and JudyScott of New Zealand; her brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy andMelba Douglass of Clinton; her sisters, Mrs. Clark (Dot) Smith andMrs. Ben (Evelyn) Leggett, both of Brookhaven; her grandchildren,Hamish and Timothy Scott of New Zealand; and several nieces andnephews.
