Services for Keith Carmi Whitehead of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Sunday, March 21, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inRiverwood Memorial Park.

Mr. Whitehead, 45, died March 19, 2004, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. He was born in Palomara, Calif., on Sept. 29, 1958,to Claude Whitehead and Betty Reed Whitehead Dunaway.

He was an oil field worker. He was a member of First BaptistChurch.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Lucius L. and RosaReed, and E.E. Allen, all of Brookhaven, and Frank Whitehead ofAlexandria, La.

Survivors are his mother, Betty and H.L. Dunaway of Brookhaven;his father, Claude L. and Samar Whitehead of Glendale, Ariz.; hisdaughter and son-in-law, Heather and Harris Blissett of Brookhaven;his brothers and sisters-in-law, Chris Dunaway, Ben and AnnetteDunaway, David and Marklyn Dunaway, and Lee and Karen Dunaway, allof Brookhaven; his grandmother, Velma Allen of Brookhaven; hisnephews, Caleb and Blaine Dunaway, both of Brookhaven; his niece,Maura Dunaway of Brookhaven; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins; aspecial friend, Joy Smith of Brookhaven; and his grandchild, HaizeBlissett.
