Services for Lula “Cora” Richardson McGee, of Brookhaven, willbe held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17, at St. Mark MissionaryBaptist Church in Brookhaven with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery inBrookhaven. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Tuesday from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeralhome.
Mrs. McGee, 64, died Oct. 11, 2007, at her residence. She wasborn on April 1, 1943, to Eugene Richardson Sr. and LolaRichardson.
She was a cook with Countrybrook Living Center. She was a memberof St. Mark M.B. Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and her brother, PaulRichardson.
Survivors are her sons, Kenneth Richardson and wife Bonnie, ofLansing, Mich., and Terry Thomas, of Chicago, Ill.; her sisters,Fannie Charles and Jeraldine Lee and husband James, all ofBrookhaven, and Pauline Richardson, of Chicago, Ethelene Noonan, ofLansing, Mary Ann Williams and husband Henry, of Brookhaven, LillieAlbert, of Brighton, Mass., Lizzie Hodge and husband, the Rev.Shelton Hodge, of Brookhaven, and Gloria Porter and husband Issac,of Moss Point; her brothers, Eugene Richardson Jr., AltonRichardson and wife Ethel Merle, all of Brookhaven, RobertRichardson and wife Glenda, of Chicago, and Bert Richardson andwife Ethel, of Moss Point; and her three grandchildren.
