Services for Robert Calcote, of Monticello, were 11 a.m.Saturday, Dec. 27, at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello with burialin Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Calcote, 67, died Dec. 26, 2008, at Lawrence County NursingCenter. He was born on Dec. 4, 1941, to Barney Calcote and MarieKing Calcote.

He was a retired carpenter. He was a member of Pleasant GroveUnited Methodist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and one brother,Richard Calcote.

Survivors are his daughters, Tina Harvey, of Meridian, andRochel Andrews and Robyn Rogers, both of Monticello; his brothers,Barney Calcote, Frank Calcote and Glen Calcote, all of LawrenceCounty, and Jerry Calcote, of Jackson; his sisters, MildredBallard, Sarah King, Voncille Benoit and Sue Armstrong, all ofLawrence County, and Joann Ledet and Jean Petrie, both ofLouisiana; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
