Melvie Nelle Bonner
A memorial service for Melvie Nelle Bonner, of Brookhaven, willbe held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 22, at Riverwood Family FuneralService Chapel.
Mrs. Bonner, 80, died March 19, 2007, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. She was born on Nov. 5, 1926, to Walter F. Paughand Johanna Rasmussen.
She was retired.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, M. EugeneBonner; and her daughter, Kosanda L. Midyette.
Survivors are her son, Chris Christensen; her sister, Jean Meek,of Brookhaven; and her four grandchildren and onegreat-grandchild.
JoAnne Buitt
Services for JoAnne Buitt, of Bogue Chitto, are 2 p.m. Friday,March 23, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel with burial inRiverwood Memorial Park.
Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 10 p.m. at the funeralhome.
Ms. Buitt, 40, died March 18, 2007, at Rankin Medical Center.She was born on Oct. 12, 1966, to Dave Buitt and Edna HuxBuitt.
She was a member of Bogue Chitto Assembly of God.
Preceding her in death were her father; her grandmothers, MinnieHux and Ruth Jackson; and her brother-in-law, Billy Pyeatt.
Survivors are her sons, Christopher David Buitt, Jeremy Nationsand David Gifford; her brother, James Buitt; her sisters, SandySmith and husband Jerry, Jeannie Pyeatt and Christie Arnold; herfour nieces; one nephew; three great-nephews; and twogreat-nieces.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Randle Elias Furr
Graveside services for Randle Elias Furr, of Leland, are 1 p.m.Wednesday, March 21, at Clear Branch Baptist Church Cemetery inWesson. Boone Funeral Home in Leland is in charge ofarrangements.
Dr. Furr, 81, died March 19, 2007, at Delta Regional MedicalCenter in Greenville.
He was a retired entomologist with the USDA Experiment Stationin Stoneville. He was a deacon in the Leland Presbyterian Church.He was a member of the American Legion and the Sons of ConfederateVeterans. He served in the United States Navy during World WarII.
Survivors are his wife of 57 years, Betty Rochester Furr; hischildren, Randy Furr and wife Morri, of Wesson, Linda Clark andhusband Ricky, of Leland, and David Furr and wife, Kim, of Arcola;his grandchildren, John Furr, of Boston, Mass., Ray Clark, ofCordova, Tenn., Angela Jefcoat, of Cleveland, Lamar Furr, ofHollandale, Mary Mason Furr, of Arcola, Will Furr and Eli Furr,both of Wesson; his great-grandchildren, John Barry Clark, ofCordova, Marlee Furr, of Hollandale, Maxwell Clark, of Cordova, andCatherine Jefcoat, of Cleveland.
Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
Timothy Cunningham McNulty
Graveside services for Timothy Cunningham McNulty, of Bude, are11 a.m. Friday, March 23, at the Reynolds Family Cemetery in Bude.Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. McNulty, 50, died March 19, 2007, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center in Jackson. He was born on Jan. 28, 1957, to JosephS. McNulty Jr. and Joyce Reynolds McNulty.
He was employed with British Petroleum in Regulatory Compliance.He had a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
His father preceded him in death.
Survivors are his mother, Joyce Reynolds McNulty; hisgrandparents, Jerry Mock Reynolds, Alma Adams Reynolds, JosephSylvester McNulty Sr. and Alice Cunningham McNulty; his brothers,Joseph Sylvester McNulty III and wife Kim, and Stephen ReynoldsMcNulty; his sister, Anne Adams McNulty Paine and husband Ken; hisaunt, Toni Reynolds Johnson; his nieces and nephews, JosephSylvester McNulty IV and wife Keely, Morgan McNulty Dunn andhusband Chris, Malory McNulty, Susan Elisabeth McNulty, AbigailLeigh McNulty, Lindsey Kay Rogers, Kirsten Nicole Paine and RyanReynolds Paine; his great-nephew and great-niece, Sawyer and AvaDunn; and his special friends, Hal Wentworth, Yancy Wentworth,Craig Hutto, Jimmy Priest, David Scarbrough, Bruick Larkin and Dr.Bill Larkin
