Services for George Norman Ford of Hazlehurst are 130 p.m.,Friday, July 26, at the chapel of First Baptist Church ofHazlehurst with burial in Hazlehurst Cemetery. Stringer FuneralHome is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Ford, 78, died July 25, 2002, at his residence.

He was an Army veteran of WWII. He was a member of First BaptistChurch.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Jamie Lou Robinson; and abrother, Carroll Ford.

Survivors are his son, Jerry Ford of Hazlehurst; his brother,Ray Ford of Corinth; and two grandsons and one great-grandson.
