A memorial service for Welton Bryant Berry is 2 p.m. Saturday,Feb. 11 at Adams United Methodist Church in Auburn.

Mr. Berry, 74, died Feb. 8, 2006, in Dallas, Texas. He was bornin Shivers on July 27, 1931.

He was an aeronautical engineer who worked on many aircraft,most recently the space shuttle. While he lived in eight differentstates, his heart was always in Mississippi.

Preceding him in death were his oldest daughter, Debbie Taylor;a brother, Gayden Berry; and his parents, Henry and MinnieBerry.

Survivors are his wife of 53 years, Margarette Berry, of Auburn;his daughters, Jane Bush, of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Ann Prichard, ofArlington, Texas; his grandsons, Paul Varner and Merl Prichard; hisgranddaughter, Eleanor Prichard; and his great-granddaughter, SarahVarner.

Memorials may be made to the Adams United Methodist ChurchBuilding Fund.
