Funeral services for Bettie Lou GrangerConn, of Southaven, were 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 3, at BethelBaptist Church, with burial in Bethel Cemetery. Stringer FamilyFuneral Services was in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Conn, 74, died Dec. 31, 2011, at Baptist Desoto in Southhaven.She was born on Aug. 18, 1937.

    She was a native of Hazlehurst, and formerly lived in Marks andJackson before moving to Southaven in 2005. She was a member ofFirst Baptist Church of Marks. Mrs. Conn worked for Brent’s DrugStore in Jackson until retiring in 2003.

    Preceding her in death were her husband, John Preston Conn; andbrother, Herman Granger Jr.

    Survivors are her son, Randy Conn, of Senatobia; daughter, RhondaElliott and husband, Sidney, of Southhaven; brothers, Hal Granger,of Wesson, and Marlin Granger, of Brookhaven; three grandsons; andfour great-grandchildren.
