Services for Florence R. “Flo” Dickerson of McComb are 2 p.m.,Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Moak’s Creek Baptist Church with burial inthe church cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 8 a.m.until noon at Hartman Funeral Home in McComb and from 1-2 p.m. atthe church.

Mrs. Dickerson, 89, died Sept. 17, 2001, at SMRMC. She was bornin Summit on Aug. 19, 1912, to J. Darrell Ritchie and Mary OliveBeacham Ritchie.

She was a homemaker. She had worked with McComb Manufacturing,Movie Star, and Fernwood Truckstop. She was a member of Moak’sCreek Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, WilliamFred Dickerson; and her brothers, Roy Ritchie and ChesterRitchie.

Survivors are her sons, Deward James “Dick” Dickerson of Moak’sCreek and Denver “Danny” Dickerson of Pine Grove, La.; and 10grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She helped raise Sammyand Michael Dickerson.
