Services for Jerry Mullins of Silver Creek were 11 a.m.,Wednesday, Aug. 22, at Saulters-Moore Funeral Home with burial inNew Hebron Cemetery.

Mr. Mullins, 55, died Aug. 20, 2001, at Lawrence CountyHospital. He was born in Lawrence County to Charles Edward Mullinsand Sippie Dampeer Mullins.

He was a chicken farmer. He was a member of Shaloam BaptistChurch.

Survivors are his wife, Betty Jo Mullins of Silver Creek; hissons, Jay Mullins and Jerry Mullins Jr., both of Silver Creek; hismother, Sippie Mullins of Silver Creek; his brothers, WillieMullins of Silver Creek and Charlie Mullins of New Hebron; hissisters, Gladys Hodges and Jane Prestridge, both of New Hebron; andtwo grandchildren.
