Services for Eula Mahaffey of Monticello were 2 p.m., Tuesday,Aug. 10, at Monticello Methodist Protestant Church with burial inthe church cemetery. Community Funeral Services is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation was Monday from 1-9 p.m. at the church.

Mrs. Mahaffey, 69, died Aug. 7, 2004, at Forrest GeneralHospital in Hattiesburg. She was born in Lawrence County on Feb.21, 1935, to Wilmer Neal and Bulah Davis Neal.

She was a people greeter at Wal-Mart. She was a member ofMonticello Methodist Protestant Church.

Preceding her in death were her father; her husband, Albert PaulMahaffey; one sister; and one brother.

Survivors are her mother; her daughter, Theresa Jones and herhusband, Ronnie, of Monticello; her son, Tracy Albert Mahaffey andhis wife, Pepper Mahaffey, of Monticello; her sisters, Junene Connof Topeka and Lynn Lofton of Gulfport; her brother, John T. Neal ofMonticello; her grandchildren, Ronda Cary, Cathy Williams, KyleMahaffey and Christy Mahaffey; her great grandchildren, RyanWilliams, Raeanna Williams, Nicholas Cary and Joshua Cary.
