Services for Mildred Irene Beeson of Brookhaven are 3 p.m.,Thursday, Oct. 4, at Antioch Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery.

Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Beeson, 53, died Oct. 2, 2001, at her residence. She wasborn in Brookhaven on Sept. 2, 1948, to Edward Hadden and FrancesWhitehead Hadden.

She was motel manager for Comfort Inn. She was director ofSouthern Style and Mississippi Showcase. She was a member ofAntioch Baptist Church, where she served as music and youthdirector before her illness.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors are his husband, Jimmy W. Beeson of Brookhaven; herdaughters, Charlotte Beeson-King of Austin, Texas, and ChrystalBeeson-Roberts of Long Beach; her brother, Glenn Hadden ofBrookhaven; her sisters, Linda Smith of Monticello and VirginiaWallace of Brookhaven; and her grandchildren, Jacob and Adam Kingof Austin.
