Services for Flora A. Yawn of McComb are 11 a.m., Wednesday,June 12, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inMontgomery Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 4-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Yawn, 91, died June 10, 2002, at McComb Extended Care. Shewas born in Meadville on Dec. 2, 1910, to Sylvester Carlock andMary Kate Jones Carlock.

She was a retired registered nurse, with 46 years at King’sDaughters Hospital. She was a member of the Seventh Day AdventistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, C. L.Yawn; her granddaughter, Karen Yawn; and her brothers, Jessie andD. O. Carlock.

Survivors are her sons and their wives, Larry and Amelia Yawn ofSummit and Jimmy and Linda Yawn of Marion, Ark.; her sisters, AdellLambeth of Grand Junction, Colo., and Sarah Poston of Calhoun, La.;her grandchildren, Pam Cross, Kim Stewart, Charlie Yawn, Jim YawnJr., Bobby Yawn, Chris Yawn, Kandy Yawn, Richard Yawn, AngeliaNobert, Heidi Moore, and Robert Clark; and 20great-grandchildren.
