Issac Delton ‘I.D.’ Kyzar Jr.
Services for Issac Delton “I.D.” Kyzar Jr., of Brookhaven, are11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 15, at Topisaw Baptist Church with burial inthe church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in chargeof arrangements.
Visitation is today from 5 until 9 p.m., and on Friday from 8:30until 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Kyzar, 91, died Sept. 13, 2006, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. He was born on Aug. 30, 1915, toIssac Delton Kyzar Sr., and Minnie King Kyzar.
He was a retired sheet metal worker. He was a U.S. Army veteranof World War II. He was a member of Pleasant Grove MethodistChurch.
Preceding him in death were his parents and his wife, Helen InezSmith Kyzar.
Survivors are his son, Dr. Kent C. Kyzar, of Brookhaven; hisdaughter, Penny Hodges and husband Kevin, of Brookhaven; hissisters, Minnie Kyzar Barnett, of Summit, and Hellen Kyzar Hux, ofNatchez; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Boyd, Michael Kyzar, AutumnHodges and Kelly Kyzar.
Memorials may be made to Topisaw Baptist Church BuildingFund.
Enzie Lyons
Services for Enzie Lyons, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. Saturday,Sept. 16, at Crump Chapel Church in Brookhaven with burial in thechurch cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge ofarrangements.
Visitation is Friday from 1 until 8 p.m. at the funeralhome.
Mr. Lyons, 87, died Sept. 9 at Countrybrook Living Center. Hewas born in Lincoln County on Aug. 14, 1919, to Ernest Lyons andClara Lyons.
He was a retired carpenter. He was a member of Crump ChapelChurch.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his son, Willie LeeLyons; his daughter, Anna Marie Lyons; his sister, Lula Mae Lyons;and his brothers, Willie Dank Lyons and Versie Lyons Sr.
Survivors are his wife, Florence Stewart Lyons, of Lansing,Mich.; his sons, Jerry Lee Lyons and Johnny B. Lyons, both ofBrookhaven; his daughters, Linda Walls, of Lansing, Nellie Scott,of Tampa, Fla., and Annie Pearl Stewart, of Brookhaven; his 20grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces,nephews, other relatives and friends.
