Lady Jags clobber S. Pike Lady Eagles

MAGNOLIA – The North Pike Lady Jaguars feasted on the South Pike Lady Eagles 17-0 Wednesday night in slowpitch softball action.
The Lady Jags (13-3, 2-1), coached by Sonya Wallace, will be in action today as they visit their archrivals the McComb Lady Tigers. Junior varsity begins at 5 p.m., followed by varsity action at 6.
North Pike 17, South Pike 0
North Pike quickly took care of business to grab a huge division win in a makeup game that was originally scheduled for Tuesday.
McKenzie Brock was the winning pitcher for the Lady Jags.
Madison Bigner provided the offensive spark to lead North Pike at the plate with a home run and a triple. Lauren Wells fueled the flames with a home run.
Jana McEwen, Sarah Brock, and Danaraye Parks contributed a pair of singles. Hitting safely were Allie Summers, Rickera Martin, Madison Bates, Jami Spears and McKenzie Brock.
