BROOKHAVEN — The Brookhaven Police Department is seeking help identifying a man wanted for questioning in connection to a shooting Thursday afternoon which left two victims injured. Law enforcement and KDMC responded to a shooting on Bryant Street Thursday. 

A call of shots fired was reported at 4 p.m. in the 900 block of Bryant Street. Brookhaven Police Chief Kenny Collins stated they need help identifying a man who is considered a person of interest. 

“We are asking anyone who may have information regarding this male or the shooting incident to come forward,” Collins said in a press release. “If you recognize the individual or have any information related to this case please contact the Brookhaven Police Department at 601-833-2424. Your help is crucial to the investigation.”

The double shooting is under an ongoing investigation. We will provide additional details and updates as they become available.
