BROOKHAVEN — Firefighters with Brookhaven Fire Department had a busy Tuesday morning. Fire Chief Jeff Ainsworth said the department responded to two calls. 

One call was to a structure fire at 300 Old Wesson Road at Brooks Apartments. One building was a complete loss in the fire but no one was injured. Ainsworth said the call came in at 1:26 a.m. and units were back in service at 3:07 a.m. 

Another call this morning was to a vehicle on fire at 318 Pennington Street. The call was paged out at 1:28 a.m. and units were back in service at 1:48 a.m.
