• Shenavia Ralph, 11/02/1995, 726 E. Cherokee St. — arrested, charged with trespassing, city warrant, by Brookhaven Police Department.
• Alexius Torrence, 11/18/2003, 726 E. Cherokee St. — arrested, charged with disturbing the public peace, disorderly conduct/disobeying lawful order, by BPD.
