The deadline for the 10^th annual College Savings Mississippi Art Contest is just over one month away. So there is no better time than now to wrap up your artwork and get it submitted. The deadline is Feb. 28.

This year, we’re giving away over $3,000 in Mississippi Affordable College Savings (MACS) scholarships to Mississippi’s Pre-K through 12^th-grade students. To participate, submit an original piece of art based on the theme, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”

A $500 MACS scholarship will be awarded to the first-place contestant in each of the following age categories: Pre-K through second grade; grades 3-5; grades 6-8; and grades 9-12.

A second-place prize of a $250 MACS scholarship and a third-place prize of a $100 MACS scholarship will also be awarded in each category.
