Bears, Hornets have strong day at Super Regionals

CLINTON — West Lincoln and Loyd Star had strong days at the MHSAA Super Regional Championships held at Choctaw Trails. West Lincoln’s Alaina Mathis took first place in the Region 7-2A race Thursday afternoon while Loyd Star won a district title with Gauge Montgomery finishing first.
Teams will prepare for the state championship meet held on November 5 at Choctaw Trails.
