Oaks are down around city, county offices, courthouse

With authorization from the Lincoln County Board of Supervisors, AJ’s Tree Service began removing the oak trees around the Lincoln County/Brookhaven Governmental Complex building Wednesday and took the last one down Friday. Grinding stumps and cleanup were expected to continue through Sunday. The building will be pressure washed and new sod laid as needed.
