Loyd Star wins Region 7-2A tourney title

Photo submitted The Loyd Star Hornets captured the Region 7-2A boys' basketball tournament championship for the second time in three years Friday with a 45-33 win over Bogue Chitto. Coach Seth Britt and his team will next host a first round playoff game in the MHSAA 2A State Tournament.
