• David Johnson, 8/13/1980, 2134 SE Upton Trail — arrested for an indictment, by the LCSO.

• James Owen, 2/3/1986, 619 East Cherokee St. — arrested for two city warrants, by the BPD.

• Buford Demond Wilson, 10/20/1989, 416 S. Fifth St. — arrested for resisting or obstructing arrest, possession of more than 30 grams of marijuana and felony possession of a controlled substance, by the LCSO.

• Sylvester Anthony Thompson, 1/13/1992, 431 Gatson Loop — arrested for two city warrants and possession of paraphernalia, by the BPD.
