2 arrested for domestic violence assault

The Lincoln County Jail docket for Thursday through Sunday was as follows:
• Barron Treall Banks, 10/26/1994, 1018 Honeysuckle Trail, Summit — arrested for a false statement of identity, by the Brookhaven Police Department.
• David Johnson, 8/13/1980, 2134 SE Upton Trail — arrested for an indictment, by the LCSO.
• James Owen, 2/3/1986, 619 East Cherokee St. — arrested for two city warrants, by the BPD.
• Buford Demond Wilson, 10/20/1989, 416 S. Fifth St. — arrested for resisting or obstructing arrest, possession of more than 30 grams of marijuana and felony possession of a controlled substance, by the LCSO.
• Sylvester Anthony Thompson, 1/13/1992, 431 Gatson Loop — arrested for two city warrants and possession of paraphernalia, by the BPD.
• Patrick Lee Honea, 11/28/1977, 105 E. Highland Drive — arrested for first or second offense assault / simple domestic violence, by the BPD.
• James Henry Brown, 2/15/1975, 1289 Hwy. 51 SE, Bogue Chitto — arrested for a first offense DUI, by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
• Charles Dillon, 10/23/1951, 1301 Robinson St. #2, Jackson — arrested for reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and driving without proof of insurance, by the MHP.
• Thomas Allen, 3/11/1976, 2463 Kelly Road — arrested for a city warrant and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, by the BPD.
• Ray Willie Walker, 12/10/1989, 503 Curran Ave. — arrested for an expired drivers license, a first offense DUI, tag/none or expired and driving without insurance, by the MHP.
• Devante Nicolas Pope, 3/12/1992, 207 Railroad St. — arrested for two city warrants and disobeying a lawful order, by the BPD.
• Charles Gregory Smith, 6/17/1969, 1330 Jackson Liberty Drive SW — arrested for first or second offense assault/simple domestic violence and obstructing access to emergency assistance, by the LCSO.
• Jerma Bates, 1/10/1991, 47 Henry Smith Road, Tylertown — arrested for speeding 10-19, driving without a license and driving without insurance, by the MHP.
