The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to a smoke alarm at 9:29 a.m. Tuesday on 1743 Brignall Road. They also responded to another smoke alarm at 8:02 p.m. Tuesday on 100 Fred Walley St. No injuries were reported.

The Wesson Police Department reported a speeding citation Tuesday.

The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity Tuesday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department reported a motor vehicle collision at 11:43 a.m. Monday on I-55 North. No injuries were reported.

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M reported no activity Tuesday.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 39 calls Monday through Tuesday. Sixteen were transfers, with six to city, one to county and five to Jackson, two to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center, one to Tulane and one to Franklin County. There were 23 emergency calls; 13 medical, with 10 in the city and three in the county; seven traumas, with four in the city and three in the county; one cardiac in the city.
