• Evelyn B. Berry, 08/04/1997 of 727 Middleton St., arrested for aggravated assault by BPD

• Marco Gibson, 04/15/1989 of 400 Old Wesson Road, arrested for failure to appear in court by BPD

• Michael Suggs, 05/23/1985 of 7952 Hemmingwood Road, arrested for DUI first offense by MHP

• Nathan H. Williams, 09/21/1989 of 3484 Hwy. 550, arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of peace by BPD
