The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Friday through Monday was as follows:
• Garry Byrd, 02/12/1991, of 414 Old Wesson Road — ¬ arrested for possession of a controlled substance, speeding, and disorderly conduct/breach of peace by Brookhaven Police Department
• Chad Furr, 08/23/1972, of 1826 New Sight Road — arrested for false reporting of a crime by Lincoln County Sheriff Office
• Crystal Miller, 01/11/1990, of 637 NE Virginia Ave.— arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of three controlled substances, expired vehicle tag, and no proof of liability insurance by LCSO
• Paul W. Pepper, 10/11/1975, of 4106 River Road Summit — arrested for shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance by BPD
• Marcus D. Smith, 09/15/1991, of 130 N Street Drive — arrested for contempt of court-city and failure to appear by BPD
• Wesley Watts, 04/08/1984, of 59 Mullins Circle Jayess — arrested for expired drivers license, failure to appear, and no proof of liability insurance by BPD
