Funeral services for John G. “Johnny” Williams, of Brookhaven, will be Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016, at 11:30 a.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Riverwood Memorial Park.

Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016, from 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mr. Williams, 64, of Brookhaven, died Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2016 at Countrybrook Living Center.  He was born Jan. 16, 1952, in Brookhaven to J.D. Williams and Betty Jean Hatcher Williams.   

He was retired from Phillips Bark Processing Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew, Joey Smith.

Survivors include his son, Austin Williams and Abbey; his brother, James Williams and wife Lynda and nephew, Shane Williams and wife Alisha and their children;Anna and Hunter; stepsister, Margaret Reardon; two grandchildren, David and Wyatt Williams; and nephew, Chris Smith.
