The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Friday through Sunday was as follows: 

•Steven Brown, 12-18-68, of 141 N. Miro St., Apartment 12, New Orleans, Louisiana – arrested for a probation violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

•Zachary B. Davis, 2-11-83, of 912 Hawk Trail – arrested for willful trespass by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Marla D. Duck, 3-1-88, of 3122 Hwy 51 SE, Bogue Chitto – arrested for a probation violation by the MDOC.

•Charles H. Lyles, 8-14-68, of 1111 S. Second St. – arrested for contempt of municipal court by the BPD.

•Billy Moore, 10-28-78, of 3743 S. Hwy 51, Summit – arrested for a justice court warrant – burglary of a dwelling by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Christopher Hall, 4-1-84, of 58 Armstrong Circle, Monticello – arrested for a justice court warrant – taking of a motor vehicle by the LCSO.

•Frederick Jointer, 7-24-72, of 2-4 Popular St. – arrested for simple assault/domestic violence by the BPD.

•Clarice Smith, 12-5-80, of 2008 Brignal Road – arrested for the possession of drug paraphernalia and burglary of all but a dwelling – vehicle burglary by the BPD.

•Darrell A. Therrell, 10-22-63, of 804 Robertson St. – arrested for a DUI first offense by the BPD.

•Jennifer Wilbert, 1-18-82, 996 Dillon Trail, Bogue Chitto – arrested for contempt of municipal court by the BPD.

•Marvin Monley, Jr., 8-8-93, of 418 E. Independence St. – arrested for possession of marijuana less than one ounce in a motor vehicle by the BPD.

•Darrius Nelson, 4-25-90, of 787 Saints Trail NW – arrested for felony fleeing law enforcement, no proof of liability insurance, reckless driving, speeding, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, two counts of careless driving and failure to comply with a request by the BPD.

•Alfred G. Parker, 9-18-73, 342 E. Chippewa – arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of peace by BPD.
