Mr. and Mrs. Gary Nelson, of Bogue Chitto, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Taylor Gwin Nelson, of Bogue Chitto, to Lance Spring, of Bogue Chitto.
He is the son of Randy and Tammy Spring, of Bogue Chitto.
She is the granddaughter of Bobby and Patsy Nelson, of Felder’s Campground Community, and the late Bud and Launa Givens, of Bogue Chitto.
He is the grandson of the Rev. Billy and Doris Howse, of Bogue Chitto, Judy Springs, of Magnolia, and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Spring, of Columbia.
The bride-elect is a 2013 graduate of Parklane Academy and a 2015 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College where she received an associate’s degree. She is currently attending Co-Lin where she is pursuing a degree in medical radiologic technology.
The prospective groom is a 2012 graduate of Enterprise Attendance Center and a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College where he received a degree in automation and controls. He is currently employed with Williams Gas Pipeline of Tylertown.
The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m., Saturday, May 7, 2016, at the home of Dr. and Mrs. John Felder in Summit. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony and reception will be held at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Bogue Chitto. A reception will follow.
All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and the reception.
