The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Tuesday was as follows:

 

• Thomas Ashwell, 09-29-79, of 12176 Highway 494, Collinsville — arrested for failure to appear by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Dohna Cain, 08-25-80, of 955 Greenview — arrested for contempt of court by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Roy E. Thomas, 09-22-77, of 1274 Enterprise Road, Bogue Chitto — arrested for willful trespassing by BPD.

• David C. Bowen, 02-04-82, of 3576 Simpson Lane, Summit — arrested for simple assault/domestic violence by LCSO.

Local weather stats

The Wastewater Treatment Facility in Brookhaven reported a high of 85 degrees for Wednesday and a low of 61. The temperature at 7:30 a.m. Thursday was 65 degrees. There was no precipitation.

 

Fire reports

The Brookhaven Fire Department reports an overturned car on Zetus Road. Firefighters responded at approximately 2:41 p.m. The Jaws of Life were used to remove the passenger side door for firefighters to be able to reach the female driver. Firefighters returned to the station around 3:26 p.m.

 

Monticello Reports

The Monticello Fire Department reports to a house fire on Rockport Avenue. Firefighters responded to the call at approximately 10:30 p.m. and returned to the station around 1 a.m. 

 

King’s Daughters
Ambulance Report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service had 16 calls Wednesday; seven were transfers, with five to Jackson and two to Southwest. There were nine emergency calls, with six medical, all in the city. There were two traumas, one in the city and one in the county. There was one motor vehicle accident in the county.
