• Stephanie Colenburg, 11-15-80, of 51 Dent Lane, Fayette — arrested for speeding and no driver’s license (motor vehicle violation) by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

• James R. Durham, 02-02-56, of 2281 North Laurel Road, East Bernstadt, Kentucky — arrested for 1st offense DUI, careless driving, and littering by the MHP.

• Marie E. Fairchild, 07-13-71, of 206 Ethel Johnson Road, Sontag — arrested for shoplifting by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Julian D. Gayten, 07-03-93, of 703 N. Jackson St., Brookhaven — arrested for driving with a suspended license, careless driving, no proof of liable insurance and reckless driving by the BPD.

• Rodrick R. Martin, 10-26-95, of 1320 Sammie Trail, Brookhaven — arrested for petty larceny by the BPD.

• Ladarius Rockingham, 11-12-92, of 308 Baldwin Loop, Brookhaven — arrested for disturbing the peace by the BPD.

• Jennie Shawash, 11-16-70, of 929 David Blair Lane, Silver Creek — arrested for possession of an open beer by the BPD.

• Dorothy Case, 09-15-87, of 956 Smith Lake Road, Brookhaven — arrested for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell by the BPD.

• Anthony Duchesne, 08-28-86, of 320 Hunters Road, Clinton — arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and the possession of a weapon by a convicted felon by the BPD.

• Christopher Kelly, 07-29-83 — arrested for driving with a suspended license, no proof of liable insurance, no tag, 1st offense DUI, and improper equipment on vehicle by the MHP
