• Charles Williams, 2-23-97, of 1032 Highway 550 — arrested for contempt of justice court by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Andrew Rose, 8-14-95, of 1104 South Whitworth Drive — arrested for seatbelt violation, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, DUI first offense and no proof of liability insurance by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Jonothan D. Williams, 3-6-89, of 2329 Palamino Loop — arrested for no driver’s license, DUI first offense, improper equipment on vehicle and no proof liability insurance by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

• Charles Burgess, 7-29-1999, of 783 Highway 550 lot 4 — arrested for possession of beer in a dry county by LCSO.

• Michael Nuckles, 12-29-70, of 1646 Wellman Drive — arrested for two counts of burglary all but dwelling by LCSO.

• Cody Sumrall, 10-16-93, of 21 Bethal Road, Monticello — arrested for possession of beer in a dry county by LCSO.

• Bobby C. Jackson, 8-26-56, of 931 South Egypt Circle — arrested for aggravated assault by BPD.

• Mark Dickerson, 8-11-76, of 3296 Pleasant Grove Road, Ruth  — arrested for first offense DUI and driving while license suspended.

• Troy A. Dupre, 10-15-89, of 230 Cyprus Court, Gray Louisiana — arrested for burglary all but dwelling/burglary of a community building by the LCSO.

• Hope Durr, 9-21-83, of 1875 Oak Wood Lane — arrested for possession of open beer by BPD.

• Christopher T. Mayfield, 5-20-80, of 1580 West Industrial Park Road — arrested for contempt of justice court.

• Timmothy Smith, 2-22-85, of 1506 Brignall Road — arrested for possession of open beer and possession of weapon by a convicted felon by BPD.

• Pierre Thomas II, 5-27-92, of 829 Funches St. Apt. 9 — arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, cocaine possession with intent and murder by BPD.
