Supervisors to meet Monday

The Lincoln County Board of Supervisors will have its regular public meeting at 9 a.m. Monday at the Brookhaven-Lincoln County Government building.
During the meeting, the following county/public officials will have the opportunity to report and discuss business: chancery clerk, circuit clerk, engineer, tax assessor/collector, sheriff and county administrator.
As of Friday, scheduled appearances include Garrick Combs of the Brookhaven-Lincoln County Economic Development Alliance and Annie Jackson of South MS Children’s Shelter.
Combs will address the board on changes in the direction of funds within the Alliance’s and Industrial Development Foundation budget. Jackson will address the board with a regular annual request for funding.
The board allows the public speaking time to address ideas, problems or concerns residents may have.
