Tony Norton, Cole Powell and Andi Cotton graced the stage at Recess 101 Thursday night during the first-annual singer-songwriter night as part of Brookstock music festival. Mike J. Case plays his comedic, country brand of acoustic music that had the crowd in stitches with his light-hearted, if not slightly twisted, lyrics. Other performers included Tyler Bridge and Shaw Furlow, who spearheaded the casual, intimate performance. The Brookstock XV festival continues Friday with Brookstock Too at The Haven Theater and Saturday for the main event at the FEMA building on Industrial Park Road.
