UPDATE: McNulty has bee been apprehended and is currently being held in the Lincoln County jail.

Lincoln County law enforcement officials are on the lookout for Phillip McNulty, 31 in association with a robbery at Auburn Grocery on Highway 98 around 5 a.m. this morning.

Lincoln County Sheriff Steven Rushing said that the male subject approached the Auburn Grocery clerk as she was opening up for the morning. He forced her to go inside and took approximately $500 from the register.

Rushing said that McNulty had a crowbar with him and the clerk had a handgun on her person. After a struggle he took the gun from her and took the gun with him after leaving the scene.
