Loyd Star defeated Enterprise 5-2 in a Thursday tennis match at the Brookhaven Country Club Courts. The Hornets posted wins in girls singles, boys singles, No. 1 and No. 2 girls doubles and No 1 boys doubles.

Enterprise captured their two victories in No. 2 boys doubles and mixed doubles.

Loyd Star returns to action Monday to take on the Wesson Cobras at the Co-Lin Tennis Courts, starting at 4 p.m.

Enterprise will also be in action Monday as they battle the West Lincoln Bears at the Brookhaven Country Club. Matches are set to begin at 4 p.m.
